What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and business name, along with what you tell us in the message. We also record the time of submission and a one-way hash of your IP address, which we use to limit automated abuse of the form. We cannot recover your IP address from that hash.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of enquiries we've received. That's all. We don't sell it, we don't share it with third parties for marketing, and we won't add you to a mailing list off the back of a contact form.
Where it's stored
In a database hosted on Railway, and in the notification email sent to us. Both are protected by access controls. Enquiry records are kept for two years and then deleted.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which sections people read, and whether the contact form works. We don't send your name, email, phone number or message content to Google, and we don't run advertising or remarketing tags.
Bot protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated scripts. Cloudflare receives technical information about your browser as part of that check. It's used to complete the check and nothing else.
Getting your data, or getting rid of it
Ask us and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Use the contact form or the email address on this site. We'll come back to you within thirty days.
